I am betting that with a decent mold or over-lay we could fabricate our own lips and wings out of carbon fibre...it may be a bitch, but if you really want a 1-of-a-kind design, you could DIY one...

it'll be even lighter once I use my handy dandy hole-punch to add in some air/speed holes.

and maybe I can find a carbon fiber paint.

with premo-gas creeping up to $3.50/gal here looks like any aerodynamic mods (even the cardboard ones) will be a good idea...

but seriously, I play ice hockey and can hold my own fighting on skates...so I think I'm good on solid ground...and I'm a goalie...so if I can take a puck hitting me at 100mph, I can take a punch or two or three...
