Saw this test mule on 405 today along with the "5" series test mule I spotted awhile back. Notice the quad exhaust.

Man how do you keep seeing these test mules and where on the 405?

I drove the 405 from Irvine to Marina Del Rey yesterday, and I never see cool stuff like this.

I do it everyday.

They are usually on the road from 9 to 10.

I think they cover the roundels on prototypes because it's not a "real" BMW until it's in production, just a tradition thing.

I drive from Irvine to Marina Del Rey one day a week for a meeting and I telecommute the other 4 days.

Usually leave for MDR at 10am, and it's smooth sailing all the way through.
