3 series without Navigation are being held at the port

I just got off of the phone with the GM from my dealership. He said "It is a good thing my car has navigation," since all 3 series without navigation are being held at the port.

This is getting very confusing. I keep hearing different things.

Anyone else hear this latest news?

I question the information some since I had gotten different information earlier. The dealer is great and is just passing on what he was told.

Since when the cars are being held up? What is the root of this situation? My car is in the US, don't know where as I couldn't track it, and supposed to arrive to PR the 2nd week of October.

I am passing on what my dealer told me, however, based on what I am reading here, everyone seems to be getting their 08's both with and without Nav. with no problems.

I plan to check with my dealer again next week, and if all goes well, I will have my car then as well.

Dealer is estimating delivery next Thursday the 4th. But who knows what the real date will be.
