I had no idea the z4 was getting the 35i engine... i didn't see an announcement about this.

you don't really..... i think cause the reason none of us got excited about it was because (i haven't clicked the link you sent).. but last i heard, the new one with that engine was still in the 3500lb range....

for the weight... i'd rather have the 3 series...

kind of surprised you didn't know. you do have a 335 and the new z does weight 3500 like in the middle say. were you planning on getting one?

I wasn't planning on getting one, I just like how the new z4's look (aside from the convertible aspect)... it would be sick if it just came in a dedicated hard top, that would save some weight too

I like the idea of a hardtop but the looks are debatable. To each his own I guess.

+10000. It's so sad that the new z4 only comes as a convertible. Even with the previous Z I was only a fan of the hardtop version. I assume it wasn't selling as much as the convertible.

wow. i think it looks amazing. its as if the z4 took steroids. its so much more aggressive. the previous z4 was a chick car. this look likes the z8s younger pissed off brother. asides from the weight which i wish was low 3s. maybe around 3100 lbs or so. this car just looks amazing.

Really? lol...my opinion is the exact opposite...I think the new one looks like something my 73 year old grandma would drive. Seriously.

ok i was comparing stock. and z4 not the mcoupe. we havent even seen if the z will come out with a new m coupe . also thats no m coupe. thats the fkn bat mobile. lol
