Use Z-8 inbetween Z-2 layers?

Is it okay to use Z-8 inbetween layers of Z-2/ZFX? The Zaino site says that Z-8 is no substitute for Z-6, but the price difference isn't going to break the bank and I'd like to use only Z-8 if I can (for that extra shine). Are there any problems with the second or third layers of Z-2/ZFX if Z-8 is used inbetween?
Thanks.

Go ahead and use Z8 in between layers of Z2. You will have no problems doing this.

Nope, absolutely no problems, if anything it'll only improve the final finish.

Okay, thanks again guys. As a Zaino newbie, it looks like I'm picking up ZFX, Z-2 Pro, Z-8, and Z-10. Expensive, but if this stuff is as durable and lasts as long as everyone says, then I'm sure I'll be happy with it. Now I just hope that I don't put too much on...

Why does it say on their site that Z-8 is no substitute for Z-6? Wouldn't they want you to use the more expensive stuff more often?

Because it doesn't have the cleaning ability of Z-6. You could not just use Z-8 as a QD like you can with Z-6 to remove LIGHT dust. You should only use it after you have washed the car.

Using Z6 before and after each coat is more cost effective than using Z8. I haven't tried Z8 yet, but from my understanding it should be used as refresher between waxing intervals.
