^ I had an intercooler before the DP's. I sold it to Acidlotus due to some problems my car had. (I wanted to return the car to stock then.) Then, I came across a good deal on a set of DP's . I plan on getting another intercooler once I fix all of the problems my car has.
A lot of people get DP's before IC because the DP's will give you more noticable power. However, here in CO, you can wait to get an IC as it doesn't get too hot here. |

Not fair if I don't know what the RSX is supposed to run. I'll let you drive my car and see if you can do any better than I can. If you can, then yes, I drive like crap. Even though I'm the first to admit that I can't really launch this car

I think I'm going to try with DTC on next time - see what happens. I felt like my 60' times could/should have been better for an auto - perhaps when I'm better at launching I might be able to control the wheel spin better, but until then, I'll see if the car's electronics can help me out. Or maybe I'll pony up and get some drag radials -Rich |

Lol, sorry guys, didn't to post up yesterday. Had a great time, and awesome meeting/seeing everyone.
My times (no not 13.5 Alfred, you give me too much credit) Still happy though, not my fastest times, but by far my quickest times on stock car with JB1, intake, and had about 5 gallons of 104oct mixed with maybe (probably less) 1 gal. of 91oct in the car. 14.255s@99.99mph 2.339 60' 14.269s@100.54mph 2.311 60' 14.006s@100.55mph 2.277 60' 13.808s@100.20mph 2.136 60' 14.237s@100.67mph 2.396 60' 13.840s@100.09mph 2.172 60' had one more run too, but can't find the slip (wasn't that good anyway) My best ever before with the same setup was a 13.997s@101.33mph, 2.276 60' Oh and Alfred, once you break that clutch in a bit more and get the launch down again you will easily be in the mid 13s with those mph's you were pulling. and CL600 came with a V12 before 2003 (362hp), then upgraded to a bi-turbo V12 (493hp), so guessing the one there was the bi-turbo....and CTS-V coupe has 556hp stock. And I was off on the colors - you were right on the LeMans vs Laguna Seca. Both are gorgeous, but the LeMans was the MSport color, not Laguna Seca like I was thinking. Lots of fun - looking forward to meeting up with you guys again in the future. -Rich |

Oh, I'm gonna wait a little bit to drive the car. I feel bad for the beating yesterday. So, it'll take me a bit longer to break the clutch in.
So the cts-v is close to 600 like I said. What a beauty! I'd do anything to own that car. Anything but marrying the guy with the cayenne . For those that weren't there yesterday, Craig said he'd marry this guy with a cayenne turbo s just to have his car |

BTW, for converting to sea level, I use the following correction factors:
multiply your ET by .9638 and your MPH by 1.03865 I get those from here http://www.nhra.net/content/about.as...601&zoneid=101 and use the stock/super stock #'s, but then add back half again as much since they say to do that for turbo cars. That would have meant my best run of 13.808@100.2 would be about 13.3@104mph |

HAHAHA! I knew that comment was gonna come back somehow....and Yeah....he said he bought it for his wife, while he drives a Pontiac G8. I mean WTF right? Why would you ever buy your wife a faster car/suv than you? And in my defense, it was a Turbo S with mods!!! Too bad we didn't get to see how fast it ran.

BTW - I used this density altitude calculator from Drag Times - gives pretty close to what you posted above:
http://www.dragtimes.com/da-density-...calculator.php One of the cool things about it is it will pull the weather and calculate the DA for that time of day. -Rich |
