LOL I know people do that, and I find the black tape trick doesn't really work. It will block the light under direct angle, but it doesn't work because the light bleeds through the side of the instrument cluster...

If we do do this... we would definately set a location and cruise down. I'm seriously considering this but its going to be hard to convince the fiance to go as she is still shopped out... but more importantly, she detests long drives.

I think most people are in Richmond Hill, so if you guys meet somewhere, say the McDonald on 7 and Valleymede maybe a good choice, otherwise, Starbucks @ 7 and Bayview?

I need to use some mileage... albeit not the lowest mileage 335 on here... but my car is 1.5 years old (almost), and it's only got 18500 km on it.

1.5 years and sitting on 47k here... still very low mileage considering my previous car i put on nearly 55k per year... i just love to drive and cruise in general... can't wait for this trip actually... i'm also going to hit up NYC to party it up friday and saturday night so I'll be leaving earlyyy friday morning.

I have an idea, if most of people are in North York/Richmond hill region, then we can meet at a gas station(I prefer Shell, but whatever) to gas, check tires and fill, buy some beverages before we all set to leave. So I have to ask you guys this.

Can you guys bring your walkie-talkies, and tire pressure monitor? I know that couple of members said they had walkie-talkies, but if no one has tire pressure monitor I can go grab one at Crappy tires.

as for gas station locations, there is a Shell near Yonge/Sheppard just before the highway exit, and I believe there was one in richmond hill as well near the highway exit(I don't know the name of the highway but it's near the Silvercity theatre in Richmond hill)
