I use this brake fluid in my 335d but I can't find it anywhere anymore?
Is there an alternative if I have been using this brake fluid in my car ?
Can I still find it ?

It's difficult to locate because it is no longer available in the United States. ATE Type 200 is a good alternative.

ATE Super Blue does not conform to DOT colors for brake fluid. NLA.
You can use the ATE equivalent sold by many others.

ATE blue is now illegal in the states. You can find ATE gold which is the same without the colorant.

I getting very hard to find in EU as well. I guess is not really worth it for ATE to continue making it since USA is the biggest market, Anyhow, Typ200 is just as good. The Motul RBF600 is twice the cost I think. So, I will pass on it.

It's only illegal because of the color. Thanks DOT.

Pretty soon blue cars will also be banned by the DOT!

Price is exactly why I'm using ATE. Is half the price of other comparable brake fluids that probably would yield negligible differences for my application. Not because I can get in blue and not because I think is the best. For me price is always a factor. But that's just me. Other would disagree...

I meant just use ATE Gold since blue is illegal due to conformance to DOT colors for fluids in cars. DOT specifically calls out colors for some fluids so the type of leak can be identified by knowing fluid color. Blue violates that for brake fluid.

The ATE gold is inexpensive and good.

My understanding was that the ATE Gold vs. ATE Blue were the same fluid, just different colors to aid in brake bleeding.

Correct. It made the flushing of the system easy.
