Love the wheels and hood, agreed bumper would probably look better not matte. IMO

I think he meant he didn't like the wheels being matte black, and the bumper is probably unpainted.

I guess I don't understand why people go through so much trouble to make a non-M3 look like an M3? I think the 335i is an awesome car, there's no need to make it something it's not. I can see doing M Sport upgrades or taking a design element here or there from the M3 (like a bumper, wheels, or those badass mirrors...I'll probably do the OEM M3 lip spoiler on mine at some point), but not all of them. I guess if I wanted an M3 I'd buy one or wait until I could afford to buy one.

I saw a guy driving home last night that had a debadged E46 coupe (maybe a 330) with an M3 license plate frame...I just shook my head. Don't get me wrong, I'm not comparing you to this, just saying.

Not trying to take the jelly out of your donut. It is your car and you should obviously do what you want with it. I'm just throwing in a couple Lincolns. Please post pics when it is all on the car.

Big fan of matte black!

Would be better if you posted pics of them installed before asking for opinions though.

Looks hot but don't mix carbon fiber and matte black. Enthusiasts know what you're up to but the general public will think you've been in an accident and are too cheap to get half your body painted/clear coated.... especially from a distance and not close enough to see the CF grains

I'm jealous lol. I don't think I'm going that far with my car, but definitely thinking of some CSL reps or M3 reps for wheels.

PICS!

+1

or at least get OEM M3 parts and do the full conversion for about $7000 (forum member Tim did that - http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=575795).

I mean, what sets the M3 visually apart is the W I D E - S T AN C E
