Audio issue when starting car

When i start the card, the usb read is jumpy (ie: play, then stop, then play again). Not sure if it's my usb key..maybe. Recently i've experienced this: - music starts, then stops - then audio complete stops working, can't toggle to radio, or cd,..nothing. - only way to get speakers working again is to restart car. this is fack'd.
