Bav tech tool question
i have a completely stock car and might get a jb+ in the future. i have an august 07 build date with no software updates so i should be running pre 29.2 correct?
if so... 1. i would run the jb+ at 50% so if im pre 29.2 is there a need for the bav tool? 2. does it work with mac?

I run it with parallels and it works great.
If you are pre-29.2 you can easily run it higher then 50%. On a car like your I would recommend 75%, especially if you are planning on purchasing a BT tool. Mike |

If you are going to do any mod and care about your warranty at all, get the BT. Trust me.

If you're pre 29.2, screw the pooch and crank that baby to 100%.
The BT tool is a great investment no matter what you do. I'd have it without a tune tbh. Datalog, upcoming flash tuning, code clearing is just too good to pass up. |
