This is a Limited Edition "Race" Escort 9500ix in Black with Carbon Fiber laminate and a red stripe. Escort just finished the run on these and as of last week they had them on there website for 549.95 - but were always back-ordered. I am offering mine with all original packaging, all mounts and 2 smart cords (one long, one short) and the new suction cup. The detector has the latest firmware as of today and all definitions, speedcams and GPS data.

I am asking 395 which is a steal for this limited edition detector -buyer pays the 2% Paypal fee upon agreement to purchase.

I will cover shipping to US buyers with insurance via UPS.

If you are interested, PM me. I don't have to sell this, so I will have zero tolerance for low-ballers.

I did not purchase the extended service plan with this, I have 3 of these units on for each of my cars and they are the best radar detectors. I honestly don't know why anyone would buy a "service plan" for a radar detector. I've had my 9500i for 6 years now w/o a problem which I am sure would be waaay past any service plan.

Well, to be fair, it is simulated carbon fiber and really the only difference between it and a standard one.
