FS/Lease Take Over - 11' 335d
REVISED: 1/19/2012 Hi everyone, I have been on the fence for months whether I should stay in this car or not. Unfortunately it is simply too small fo someone my size (6'5), and other passengers. Last June I took delivery of this 11' 335d. In this time I went from a job that required little driving, to a great deal of commuting (200 miles/day), back to little or no commuting, and now to a position where I pack my car with clients and collegues while visiting local suppliers. There simply is not enough room for me and 3 other adults of above average size in this car. Before It gets posted on swap a lease, I am offering the opportunity for somone on the forum to scoop this up. Car is located in CT- I will offer $1000 cash purchase incentive, + I will outright buy all the miles to restart your total mileage allowance of 22,000 miles. You as the buyer will need to pay the transfer fee ($500), and once approved and the process of lease assumption is completed I will reimburse $400 of the costs. The Car: 100% stock, unmolested with the exception of Black Kidney Grills 11' 335d Alpine White, Saddle Brown Interior, dark walnut trim 6 Speed Steptronic transmission with paddleshifters Full warranty and maintenance included 4 years/50k miles Msport:
Approximately 13k miles(12,240 on 1/19/12) BMW Assist Navigation Bluetooth Sirius Satellite radio (1 year subscription) Cold Weather Package Ipod 18" Style 193's with RFT Adaptive xenon headlights two sets of floor matts(summer, all season) Lease Details: 27 months(19 months remaining) 10,000 miles per year Payment is $723.00 + your state Tax Why this is a good deal for someone: Current programs on a new 2011 with a sticker price of $47k: Adequately equipped - 36 month lease- 10k miles/year $3700 out of pocket -payment $450/month= $19,900 Total cost - Not including your states sales tax Total cost to you at end of term for lease payments for my car: Fully Loaded -19 months remaining 10k miles/year- $-900 out of pocket(purchase incentive less $100 fee) -payment $723/month = $12,837 Not including your state sales tax Buyout is 51k, but these are not cars people typically buy, these are cars that are leased and then returned I am not looking to make money on the deal, just trying to pass this beautiful car on to someone that will really enjoy it. Feel free to PM me, or send me an email at michael.milaszewicz@gmail.com Thank you for looking. Michael Last edited by getlow; 01-19-2012 at 10:01 AM.. Reason: Relisting |

Nice car... why dont you buy your own car and get if financed. Diesels are best if u drive a lot. Would you consider trade for 2009 335d with 28k miles .. pretty much same config except for no Msport just Sport package.
good luck |

the residual to annual mileage ratio is not favorable. I do not plan on keeping the car. With the amount of miles I will rack up I will need to buy too many additional miles. I am better off in a low mileage certified to 100k miles used vehicle that I can trade in two years.
Thanks for the bump! |
