Bulb Check Coding Issues - E90 330i
As of last Sunday I figured out how to code. I wanted to code out my bulb checks as I swapped out a bunch of bulbs (front/back/front quarter-panel turn signals and cheap ebay xenon fog lights ). Following the standard posted excel file I proceeded to code out the cold and warm bulb checks for the bulbs mentioned above in the FRM module. Problem is after coding everything I still throw a bulb error code. Can someone review my trace file to see if I am missing anything?

Hmm just made those changes and I still get a check bulb error message.
Could my MTEC 6000k DS1 bulbs be throwing a code? Is there anyway to read the error message with any of our programs to see what bulb it is bitching about?? When I try to read the error messages from IPNA it says everything is ok?? See updated FRM module trace file for reference with changes. Last edited by Volasko; 01-15-2013 at 06:25 PM.. Reason: forgot to add the trace file |

Go to check service in the bc menu. When the symbol comes up, press and hold the BC button till a CC-id code comes up. Use this link to find out what the digits mean: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=658265 |

LOL CCID-134..... driver side brake light out. Must have touched the bulb by accident when I did the turn signal swap which burned it out.
All is well! By the way do you guys have a better excel file you use? That posted one in the sticked thread seems pretty messed up with multiple copies of the same item? |

Just use that excel and make your own that makes it easier for you to code. I have a list I created that works in this manner. |
