best place to get a tail light bulb replaced neat DT Tampa?

Just moved down here a few weeks ago. Realized my rear running light is out and also half of my brake light is out. Does anyone know a reliable dealer/indie shop/skilled friend that would be able to do the install?

I just realized he is talking about the led bar, i'm assuming. if that's the case i think they have to be replaced. But either way it's easy to diy and not waste the money to have someone do it.

Yes i am talking about the LED bar. Sorry, i wasnt very specific as the tail lights have like 4 different bulbs lol. Do you mean the WHOLE thing has to be replaced? Or just a bulb?
