Easy...my M3 or M5 money is going to my daughter's University. Save up kids. My scraps go to modding $14K on my 135 and $4K on my 335 (so far). Shit...just realized...after 4.5 yrs (thank god she's not on a complete 5 yr plan) it equates to my future 911 Turbo

I have seen 12 straight rows for same color, I usually follow the flow, don't go against it. However, I go casino maybe twice a year???

Cars (and motorcycles) can be an expensive habit -- but probably a cheaper habit than drinking, smoking, drugs or multiple wives/alimony.

Is spending $20,000 on a used BMW a poorer financial decision than spending $200,000 on a college degree in a goofy subject?

I take the SAT for high school students. Depending on the score they want determines the price.

Buy used when you can.
Save up.
Have a solid budget for luxuries such as car modifications.

My 335i was given to me from my parents, and they pay for my mods, although I don't always ask for parts! They say they rather pay towards mods then drugs or alcohol I also have a part-time job which all my money is saved up for to buy a condo. I'm still in school though

So your parents would pay for drugs and alcohol if they weren't buying mods for your 335i?

Yep. Not going to judge anyone on spoiled-vs-non-spoiled, as some folks might view my kids as being "spoiled" because they both have Kindle Fires. To some, that is a non-issue. To others, that is an over-the-top luxury for a 9 or 10 year old. It's all financially relative.

My .02: As long as you are doing well in school and/or are working a job, and are polite, respectful, and responsible, your parents can give you whatever they want to without me thinking "spoiled".

Well i'm 18 and even though I drive a 335 and live in a nice environment.. I am a respectful and very mature person. I do think I am spoiled in some sort of way, but I do work hard and try my best in school! It's hard to say that someone is spoiled if they don't really know the person! I see kids of 5-6 years old that have iPads and iPhones.. It doesn't really make any sense but if the parents are multi millionaires, then why wouldn't they want their kids to have an iPad?

Not gonna judge if your doing the right things! You gotta expect those kinda replies from people who have less car than you have and have worked hard to get it.

Not sure if that was sarcastic or not ! It was previously my moms car, she does not need to drive anymore since my dad decides to drive her around in his STi haha! So I get to drive the 335. They do pay for my mods, although it's not like they throw money at me and say "here go buy an exhaust". I had a bike that was useless to me at home.. so I sold it and got my jb4. I had some bent winter rims at home, sold them and got tints. etc etc. I do get little surprises sometimes where my mom ordered me my DCI

Best Mom Ever!!!!

My mom would have been completely clueless about that. Sure, I would get a very nice sweater/whatever for my birthday or Christmas, but not ever something like that.

+10 Cool Points to your mom.

Edit: Of course, my first car was a '72 Plymouth Valiant. LOL

Hhaha thanks man! Oh and my sister is badass, she gets to drive the 335i once in a while.. She knows all about jb4, DCI, downpipes etc etc. I got a muffler delete and she's going crazy over it haha!
