I see nothing wrong with the cop hitting the car like that, he pinned it. Otherwise the chase could have started back up and endangered more lives. How is the police officer to know he's not just pretending to surrender.

most cop cars are slows. it's not like the old days where their cars have a little something special under the hood. they rely more on radios or have a policy of not chasing when it becomes dangerous.

Lol definitely not an m3. Look at the rear bumper. Its either a 325i or an older 323i.

Edit: after watching the video closely it's most definitely an e46 bmw 325i or 330i 2002-2005. Looks very similar to this 323i except the 325i and 330i have different tail lights and front corner lights + a few other small things.

I know. I didnt think it was THAT slow. I just saw a recent episode of American Top Gear where they tested out new age police cars...... i sure as shit ain't running.

Lol...true. The driver of the BMW was endangering lives, regardless if there was plenty of open road. The pin maneuver stops the driver to not make any sudden forward moves.
