i saw the same car on cars.com with 24k miles and navi .... plus all the options noted selling for 29,999 without the CPO!!! i just mention this because i think you will need to be more competitive with your pricing ... BUT I strongly feel that you have an great looking car and with some patience you might come close to your asking price

I don't know how you saw a 2009 at that price. Most 2007's are still in the high $20's.

Please show me a link to a 09 with those options for 29,999 thats not a buy back lemon, those are priced that way for a reason. Yawn.....

2007 dealership pricing with 35,000+ miles go for $30k.

Show me the link for a 2009 LCI with Sport, Navi, Premium, for $30k and Ill buy it on the spot!

I just walked away from a CPO 2008 335i w/ 18k miles (CW, Premium, Ipod Adapter) for 29.5k. I'd be happy to give the dealership name and information. I was fighting for $28.5k, the car was just sold. Was a very nice car.. wish they would've seen my price. (their asking price was $30.4k)

The going price for 07's is mid 20's, 08's is low 30's CPO'd. At least from my ridiculously long 3 month ongoing search..

Good deal if the carfax checks out. Still not quite sure as to why my thread turned into the here is the cheapest car I found after months of searching.

hey all I was trying to say was that to hold out since you have a good car and if your patient you will get close to what you are asking for ... right now it's a buyers marker .... but I love your car and if i had a bit more money i'd make an offer!!
