Upping the size of the wheel hasn't made a difference to the ride. Still the same old soggy m-sport setup. Hopefully the bank balance allows me to get my suspension bought at the end of the month.
You will notice a big difference when you change from RFTs.

Ards Tyres (Modern Tyre Service) : £730 fitted, balanced and old tyres destroyed Were pretty good too, damaged one of the rims taking the old tyre off, apparently it was a bugger, but covered the cost of a repair after I'd seen it. Seems to be the going rate here. Could have had other tyres a lot cheaper but glad I spend the extra now. |

Modern Tyre Services are the NI distributor for Vreds and will almost always be cheapest for that reason. Have even had my regular tyre supplier telling me to go to them when I wanted Vred winter tyres because they don't sell them cheap to dealers.

i have 452s on my 325d and tbh i find the ride a little 'bobbly' it's still much better than bridgestones though
if i still have the car when i need to replce them i will probs try vreds if i'm honest.. i'll try a KDS when i have some time off and can get it to a garage see if anything changes.. |
