Voice Control not working... any thoughts?

I took delivery of a CPO 07 E92 335 yesterday and aside from this issue, I'm totally blown away by the car. Truly fantastic. Well done BMW. Now, the problem.

The car has Nav and Premium Package - I tried pairing my Droid Bionic with the Bluetooth, but it failed after PIN entry. This wasn't totally surprising as there's no evidence it should work. So I didn't think much of it (other than "maybe I should have gotten an iPhone..."). However, the voice control button on the steering wheel doesn't do anything when I push it. That's definitely not right. Any thoughts? Now I'm thinking maybe the Bluetooth pairing failure was a symptom.

Edit: Pairing worked finally. Voice control button still doesn't do anything.

The voice control sucks major ass anyway. Youre not missing much

i agree with jhondas2...but at the same time i would expect something like that to work...
