[QUOTE=rido08xi;10307955]I'm running

235/35/19 - 19X8.5 (F)
265/30/19 - 19X9.5 (R)

Looking at the tire specs for my set up and the stock set up. Going to a 275/30/19 on the (R) would be a better set up as far as having the rotation as close as stock. I would hate to have the X-Drive system be damaged over time because of the rotation spread between (F)

Yes they're fine...that's the ideal 19" tire set up for xDrive aside from the stock set up.

No good for xi

The rear is too big. I tried it on mine and the diff was acting up. 265 30 19 is the max for the rear on xi, for i no issue!

It's not the size, but the size in relation to the front. 275 no problem on XI with proper size in front.

Wow...

OP asked if those sizes would work with xDrive, not if they would fit his car without rubbing. Just FYI, wheel offsets don't affect rotation -- only tire sizes do.

I told the OP I was running the same size and it would work ok with the Xdrive the only issue they could have with that tire size is the offset of the wheel. If its too aggressive it will rub. I never said that the offset would affect rotation. Not sure what your talking about just trying to help the OP.

That front tire is way to large when compared to the rear size you mention. That will cause a transfer case problem. You need at least a 275/30 in the rear to keep everything happy.

I would assume he either broke the awd system already or used correct size tyres since that post is from 3 years ago. Even the 275/30/19 with 245/35/19 is over the recommend 1% difference, very little tho.

New to the forum so this is my first post.

I have 19x8.5 +35 and 19x9.5 +40 wheels, tire rack recommended that I run 235/35 and 275/30 as they are almost the same diameter. I have no rub issues

I'm running the 235/35 275/30 Conti DW's, like mentioned earlier each manufactures is different but the rolling diameter on these tires is the exact same so they are perfect for xdrive guys.

Can you tell me where did you calculate that?
I think you are wrong. It is within 1%

I have on my car 275 /245 (summer setup) and no issues for 3 years
same with 275/235 (winter setup)

235/30/19 front and 275/35/19 rear is the closest you'll get to having the least difference in rolling diameter, so yes it will work. Again, like most have said before, all that matters with x drive is that the difference in rolling diameter is less than 1%. I am running this now on Sumis and there is absolutely no rubbing. I am on stock xi suspension. Theres plenty of room to play with. Thinking of adding spacers in the future.

Yes- 245 will fit in the front but that means you'll have to play around with the rear as well to make the rolling diameter difference less than 1%.

With the forum calculator 245/35 and 275/30 have 1.004% difference. Yeah i know the difference is like nothing, but it's over, if we are really precise. I didn't say that it couldn't work without issues. Basically you have summer setup that is in the upper limit of 1% and winter setup that is almost perfect without being same size tyre.
