I find that just a little strange, is it just me? For a start, he said 'I had a few beers and was feeling a little merry' and he walking back to his car to drive home -not normal practise and not something I would be declaring publicly even if I was stupid enough to do it.

As much as I want to, I just don't believe the whole story. You don't get shot in the stomach and remain in complete control of your faculties, 'don't bother calling my mum unless I die, I don't want to worry her' - yeah right.

Tis a rip-roaring yarn so it is!

His account is very well written.I'm sure the truth(if his story isn't) will show it's head at some point.
Nasty looking injuries,either way-hmmmm!

You should forward the story to the sun.

It does sound far fetched in bits, but put a story like that on the Internet and you are going to look daft if it's untrue.

Check out his previous posts.

He was hit full force with a baseball bat too. Pictures of his head also look nasty.

What an unlucky guy he must be.......

Not much point denying it with no evidence to the contrary. At the moment he has only impressed 'The Internet.'

He will be exposed long before anyone rewards him in reality, IF he is full of shit.

8 pages of adulation on that forum, he probably loves the attention. There is no way you would be leaving hospital the day after a life threatening gun shot wound.

Walter Mitty I think.

There is no way in this world an attempted rape and two accounts of attempted murder would not make the news.

There is an attempted rape in the area reported a few days ago but nothing like his story and on wrong day.

11 pages of ass kissing and now trying to raise paypal funds for beer tokens!

Got a feeling this will explode soon.

Some nasty injuries he has had in his time. Slashed, shot and whacked with a baseball bat.

Like i said. It was probably a drug deal that has gone wrong. Worried about how to explain it, concocted this story!

I still had a MLR account from when I was looking to buy one. I've asked a few questions.

He says police did not investigate as there was no evidence.

Er, you, the women and the your injuries for starters.

If he is asking for cash now, I could be convinced the other way.
