So as I was taking my license plate off to clean behind it today I noticed this sticker on the frame it mounts to which reads "Lebenshilfe im Nürnberger Land".
 After doing some research it looks like it's a nonprofit in Germany which helps people with mental disabilities. http://www.lebenshilfe-nbg-land.de/_...ric=startseite How did that get there.

They are probably using that program for packaging or mundane tasks. There are alot of programs like that. The special needs ppl get a little $, are happy to do something productive and the sponsoring company gets to utilize some cheaper labor.
