Finally, the restaurant is starting to come together! Food menu is almost done, and I've spent the weekend taking photos of potential dishes... needless to say, I've eaten far too much this weekend

I wouldn't get too excited.... It will be like those takeaway menus that show gorgeous curries and pizzas in authentic Tandoor's etc....
Then when you get there, a bloke bangs some Chicken Tikka in a microwave and wraps it up in tin foil lol.... I'm kidding!!! Tony, if you want some fancy words writing for your marketing material, you know I am your man - I will need to taste it to be confident though Matt |

Wow - amazing! Where's the restaurant? When does it open?!
Helford River is just down the road/river from us! A lovely area. Beef Wellington is one of my all time favourite dishes. A complete PITA to get right though! |

It has to be some form of posh restaurant surely?? All the best with it, I'm sure with food that good, it will run it's self! just make sure you stay ontop of the chef's and don't let ANY standards that you have from day 1 slip.
