Don't do it!!
Well, it's been about a month since I sold my E90 335 and every day I regret it more and more!
Despite the common issues and the high cost of repairs and maintenance... it's such an amazing car to drive... well worth it! For those often frustrated, you never know what you have until it's gone. Just had to share.

I only have 35.7k over 3 years. The first year of my car's life had 900 miles from a previous owner, lol.

The xi has "horrible steering feel". Brilliant statement. Guess you should tell Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, and so on to discontinue making 4 wheel drive technology. Funny part is I bet you never even drove a xi. Of course you'll tell me you will to prove your point.

I've driven / owned both rwd and awd e9x cars. Both cars were 2008s. Both cars felt identical. Why would you say it feels horrible?

Some 2008 models were manufactured in late 2007. The warranty starts not from the day the car was sold, but from the date the car was put "in service".
The in service date of my car was in Nov 2007. I have about 1.5 months of warranty remaining. The car has barely 25K miles!

If you miss it that much, why don't you buy another 335?

All BMWs in the US have the same warranty. In other markets it varies.
Here, for example, I have a 3 year, unlimited mileage warranty. Guess they figure you can only go in circles so many times! |
