I think your price is bit on higher side? My friend recently got similar car with 40k miles, premium, cold, nav from Herbs for 29k. It was CPO.

warranty is 6 yrs 100,000 miles. im not sure of in service date. i will assume 2008 for model year 2009 so i would assume warranty is good until 2014

Sure I work in Burlington 830 - 530 can meet around the Burlington mall before or after work as well as around lunch time.

Alternatively I live in Braintree and you can see it on the weekends either here or we can meet up.

As someone who buys alot of cars all i need to know is what the car looks like, how many miles, cpo?, any accidents. If it spikes my interst I contact the seller for further info..in my opinion your post is fine
