Removing wheels

This may be a little too much for some, but in my previous cars, once a year, I would take the wheels off, clean em up and then give them a coat of Klasse All in one polish and the sealant glaze. This was to prevent brake dust build up. After 7 years, the wheels still look new. Has anybody done this on their E90 yet?
