'11 335i - Deal or no deal?

Looking at a 2011 E90 335i

MSRP of 51,600 (auto, sports, prem, nav)
Miles: 15,000 per year
residual: 59%
MF: 1.5
Drive off: 2700
$640 per month with tax

Good Deal?

Mine is a 2011 335 coupe

MSRP of 53,000 (6MT, M sport, prem, nav, heated seats)
Negotiated down to $500 over invoice (around $47K)
Miles: 15,000 per year
Drive off: first month + $650 security
$583 per month with tax incl

i say no deal
i got my e90 335i with m-sport, 6spd manual, and split fold down seats for 44600, just waiting for them to deliver it from germany, i recommend goin on sites like edmunds to learn the approx. invoice price with options they also explain about how to negotiate and alot of other stuff. im gonna be paying around 560 a month and thats financing

No deal at all. Mine stickered at $55,740 (11 sedan xi) and with the 7 MSDs (nothing else but fees up front), getting $575/mo.

you should be even a little cheaper then 580 cause the people that posted their quotes are e92's and u want an e90...usually sedans are cheaper then coupes.

Not really. That looks like it's 2000 over invoice! I got an M3 for about $800 or so over invoice. You should be able to get an E90 335 for about $500 over.

In your drive off, I'm guessing you have:
First month lease payment - $640
Security deposit - $650
Lease inception - $750
T,T,L - $450? $600? Varies by state
MACO - $400?

Your drive-off looks OK, I'm guessing they marked up the lease inception to $950.

At $500 over invoice, you'd be about $604/mo before tax.
