335is

Does anyone know if the 335is comes with the BMW PS standard? Or is it just the same one as the 335i M sport. I haven't seen anything conclusive.

Why? Are you looking to replace the suspension apples to apples or are you looking to upgrade?

It was answered above. 335is didn't come with suspension different than regular Sport suspension and BMW PS kit was post factory.

The BMW PS suspension is a nice upgrade from the stock sport suspension for a daily driver and is capable of doing some tracking.

I went with the Bilstein b12 lowering kit, and I am very happy with the ride and stance of the car. In many instances when this suspension is compared to a car that has m-sport suspension, the b-12 lowering kit will get the nod. I say this because I read a lot of reviews on this before I purchased the b-12 kit.

I did look at Koni yellow, but I did not like the idea of having to take the shock or strut completely out of the car to adjust it. So, I passed.

The b-12 kit comes with Eibach lowering springs; Bilstein and the Eibach company got together and created a set of shocks, struts & springs that would be matched and tuned perfectly for each other when installed on an e90.

Thank you. I went with Cobb as it is similar just a bit more drop. I tried to adjust the front struts and it looks like the shop had it full soft which is why I think it's not enough. Interestingly though, I turned the knob all the way "firm" and it was almost 3-4 turns as opposed to the 2.5 I though it only went. I will have to do the rears next week when it warms up.

I hear you and thanks for the response. I read many positive reviews for koni yellow so that's why I went this route but b-12 seems solid as well. It does seem the rear will be a bit annoying to take out but I will give it a shot next week. It was set to full soft. Not sure why the shop did that, I mentioned I wanted medium.
