189's yes, run-flats, no. If it weren't for the run-flats, i would be getting rid of the 162's. Just can't justify dropping $900 for just tires when I can get rims and tires for the same $$.

No, I really cannot justify the financial hit, as the offers I have received on the car from dealers and sales brokers are WELL below $20k, including $11k from a dealer

No worries - I hear you. I'd take a hit on the 335 as well. Got offered $18k trading mine in while the cheapest cpo 335i in the country at the time was $28k with more miles and half the options list. Such a slimey business!!
