Msport Steering wheel fitted paddles not working
As you can see i have just fitted the Msport wheel with paddle shift.
Stereo controls work but, not the paddle shift, would it need coding?

Did you have paddles before?
If not then you need a bit more wiring, there are a few DIY threads around here for retrofitting paddles to a car which didn't come with them. A couple of places actually sell the wiring harness, or you can make it yourself by buying some wire and some connectors from BMW.

Did you swap the paddles over or did you use the new paddles with the new wheel?
Because i seem to rememeber reading somwehere that LCI paddles and pre-LCI paddles had slightly different wiring.

Do i have to totally remove the wheel again to do that or can i just remove the airbag to get to it?

No worries. Funnily enough i am taking my BMWP steering wheel out of my 1 series tomorrow (the one with the shift lights and the display). That's slightly more involved
