OK,

I have decided to get the OEM 5 star wheels; 189s or 199s.

Because I have an xi I do not want to lower it.

So which would be better and why?

I guess it depends on whether you want 18" or 19" wheels and how wide you want to go in the back.

The 189's are 18 X 8 in front and 18 X 8.5 in back.
The 199's are 19 X 8 in front and 19 X 9 in back.

You can go wider in back with the 199's and they're 19" wheels. That's why I'd choose them.
