Difference of downpipe

Hey guys so what's exactly the difference between a 4 inch downpipe compared to the 5 inch cpe downpipe? More flow so more power? Let me know thank you!

Nearly nothing, if anything.

There's been review of them before. Won't be as much as gains or sound diff.
Might as well just go quality and price at this point.

VRSF, AR, BMS, Etc.

i think it has a bit deeper throatier sound too it. But because of the size of our turbos a 3.5 is big enough -_-

I do not for a fact that it will not gain anymore power going bigger. There have been dynos of the CPE.

Anything larger than 3.5" will produce the same results since they neck down to two 2.25" pipes and the turbo outlet is 3.5". There's no power gain with anything larger than 3.5"

At a certain point I well imagine that the expansion and cooling of the exhaust gases in a larger pipe would actually lead to a loss in velocity and create some back pressure.
