Vancouver: Wheels & Rims Throughing/Finishing ??

Anyone has a recommended palce for throughing my front passenger wheel?

I need to refinish 2 of my rims too due to huge curb rashes on each...If anyone is interested in lending me some help and repainting them with me that would be nice too hahaha.

Have been scrateched for a while now

learnt not to hurry while parallel parking...
