Wastegate rattle with no boost loss codes

Can someone let me know as to how I can determine if my rattling wastegates warrant replacement of my turbos?After doing some research,I read in one of the Forums that some rattle is normal on the N54 engines.Do I start worrying about replacing the turbos once I start getting boost loss related fault codes?
Anybody knowledgeable about the subject please chime in.

No you worry about it once you can hear it.
It doesn't affect performance but it will only get louder and louder. Do it as many times as you can before you hit 83k miles. New turbos and a free brand new loaner for a week what's not to like
