My wife was not a big fan of BMW. But when she watched this documentary she was like....wowowow !!!!!
and this is one of the factors that im driving one now :-)

Thanks for the post. I saw portions of the show last year, but saw it in it's entirety last night.

While the shots of the "BMW emblem" being affixed to the hood were nice, I wonder why they weren't identified as "Roundels" and also why the design origins from the Bavarian flag weren't at least mentioned. And it would have been nice to see more about the early motorcycles as they predated the cars by 9 years (the 1927 Dixi was essentially a British Austin).

But there was a lot of great info and visuals.

I asked my wife to divorce me if I don't get a BMW next, so within 6 months I'll have one. there's always a battle involved... in my case, we only own one now because Audi of Austin totaled our A4. Wasn't pretty, but it turned out well in the end.

i wanted an E60 but couldnt afford it right now, its deff my next car, i would get one in a heartbeat if i had 10 more grand to spend.
