my SA there is Scott Abrams. He's a nice guy who mods his e30 as well lol. If there's a problem such as "cant turn off the service engine soon" light, he'll tell me its cuz of my after market intake and wont care that i have an aftermarket intake on my car. They're super mod friendly and wont void you much for anything unless maybe if you had a super charger on a n52

Any other suggestions for crevier SA's? my SA left so gotta find a new one. So far it sounds like:

Aaron - multiple complaints
Ernie - nice but leaving
Paul - one positive customer
Eric - one positive customer

Wow, guess I've gotten lucky and/or never had a big issue with Aaron. Kinda nervous now, lol.

I been to Crevier twice for services and my SA is Brent. He is alright and does his job by the book, nothing extra. Crevier might be one of the few places that does have lots of BMW loaners if you need a car.

Not too pleased with crevier after my last trip.

Had a tranny leak. They pulled the pan and replaced the gasket only. No replacement of the pan which contains the built in filter. I would liken that to changing the oil without changing the oil filter if there was a leak. Why not just do it all? Cutting corners to save money I guess.

They also filled the tranny with only 4 quarts of new oil. So either they saved 2-3 quarts of the old crap that was in there, or they short changed me by nearly 50%.

I bought my car from Steve Thomas, and have used them for service. I have some parts that would be a no no at some dealers and have not had any problems with routine service at the dealer.

I've had good experiences with service at Shelly... they do give out crappy loaners though I'm starting to think they have 1-2 bmw loaners and you can only get those if you get there when they open...

I don't really see anything wrong. If you look at the DIY on here for ATF change, only about 4 quarts of ATF comes out. Auto trannies hold a lot of fluid in the torque converter and internals that won't drain out through the drain plug.

BMW also deems the ATF/filter to be "lifetime" items and not maintenance items, so that's probably why they didn't give you a new pan/filter.

Aaron was recently my SA @ Crevier. He was pretty good with following up with me and seemed like a pretty friendly guy.

We've been going to Steve Thomas for a few years now. The people there are pretty nice, but our last trip there was beyond annoying.

The DIY on here is not for the 6HP19 transmission in the 335i. It most certainly takes more than 4 quarts of oil. More like 7-9 quarts. There should be nothing left in it when they removed the pan to replace the gasket.

Let's be honest, no oil filter is "lifetime." To put new oil back into the tranny with a filter that has 65k miles on it is cutting corners to save money.

Crevier SA

I have dealt with Sonny as my service advisor since purchasing my CPO 335i from Crevier. He has been great to deal with.

Just went to Center BMW and they were excellent. They even swapped out the rear brake bits to get rid of that ridiculous squeal.
