Updated NAV disc pricing

The updated NAV disc is available at my dealership for the special price of $189. Is this a good price? I seem to recall the updated NAV disc for my wife's Audi being offered at quite a bit more.

The link works but it downloads a 44k file in about a second. I don't know if it requires more seeds, or if there's a problem with the download. I tried it on 6 different PCs and got the same result on each one of them. This is a rather large file that has been taking hours/days (depending on # of seeds) to download. Any ideas...?

2007.2 was available in May 2007, maybe earlier than that. Are we really gonna see a 2008.2 with year 2009 only 3 months away?
