With just a PROcede it's 108-110 With PROcede and exhaust it's 110-111 ET's don't mean anything in a rolling street race, you need to look at the traps, and even then, it's hard to compare especially if weather conditions and elevation are taking into account. |

Go for it, and let us know...would definitely be great to know how a PROcede 335i does against a modded 997S. Thanks.

Most of the PROcede times on here have been auto, shiv i believe is manual prob why he trapped higher. Im DYING to see some more manual 1/4 mile times.

IMO the only way a 335 PROcede takes a 997 is at altitude. Anything above 4k and the 335 rules, especially with full stage I, LSD, and proper tires.
I was astonished at how the 335 could keep up with the bikes at high altitudes in the Alps. Boxsters and Caymans are fair game on the autobahns.

No, I don't believe so...try it. Even in ManuMatic mode, if you don't manually shift all the way down to 1st when coming to a red light or a stop, the car will only downshift automatically to 2nd (and subsequently, that's where it starts off in...2nd gear). Because the 335i (even stock) has so much TQ from 1,500 rpm, it's very easy for the car to start off from 2nd gear. If you notice, 1st gear is very powerful and very short.
If I'm wrong, then the car's tranny in DS mode makes it shift very, very quickly from 1st to 2nd gear. I always use my paddle shifters in ManuMatic mode anyhow...this way I have complete control over the gears.

Wow, I just posted last night and we're on page 3 already. So it appears Walked U so far is the only one who has gone up against a 997 2S on the freeway and the performance is very similar. By any chance do you have any videos available of those runs?
