winter tire/wheel packages

Noticing the smaller shops offering the M5 reps with their winter tire packages. Can't find a good pic online to see how this looks on an e90 in a 225/45/17 (winter) setup. Was also interested in style 42 (mesh) but one shop said it doesn't look good on an e90 in 17's, said it looks too thin, off balance...would anyone agree/disagree?

A concern I have with both the style 42 and m5 rep is snow getting in rim. This happened a lot on my wifes civic with steelies, car shakes violently when exceeding 80kms/hr, have to go to power wash to get the snow out.

Thanks for the pics, almost looks too good for a winter setup

Still wondering about the snow getting in there...should I not worry?
