Has anyone talked to Silicon Valley concerts lately?

I need to talk to mike for some tech support but cant get in touch with them. Two emails and a few calls in the few weeks and no response.

I ordered some black grills from them on Tuesday this week. They arrived on Saturday. Long story short they are still alive and open.
