system in my e92

i need help please to know if i should get this from my buddy or not i currently have the logic 7,

my buddy could sell me his jl 10 inch w3 with a 500 watt amp
you guys think that s pretty good?
i am not really into like the whole loud loud base in the car just improving what i have right now..

that would improve it just fine. wouldn't be too loud and would have a nice sound quality to it.
