Nice man! I'm glad it worked out for you! Would like to see pics! How much drop did you get?

Thanks 1SH. I havent done any before/after measurements (shocker i know) but its definately lowered. The AC Schnitzer guy in Germany said it will give me a drop of 25-30mm.

I havent posted pics up as I only got them fitted yesterday so haven't had the chance, plus it would probably be an idea to let them settle. I will report back in a few days hopefully with some pics and measurements

325i or 325d? Different engine weight = different drop.

My rear Pro-Kit springs were virtually identical to the MSport ones that came off, no difference in height at all once fitted. That was ok though, because the rear arch gap wasn't an issue.

TBH, there is a difference over stock but its not as much as i thought it would be a lot more.

i as the op would have liked the drop seen in the pictures he posted of other car but now have one similar to his.

the front springs side by side to an se have a significant drop but the rearss are hardly different

I can definitely see what you mean - it looks no lower really.

If anything, it looks more level than before and not pointing upwards (good thing) but only because the back now looks a tad higher and the front a tiny tiny bit lower (bad thing).

I'm dissapointed with Eibach TBF, and can only be grateful that I have had good results on this car and on 3 previous, but that is probably more to do with always having a heavier engined car.

i went with eibach pro kit springs to match up with koni sport (yellow) dampers on my e91 328i. wasn't looking for much of a drop but was disappointed with the front. per the advertising, i was expecting a 0.6" (~12.5mm) drop on top of existing M-sport. i got probably around .25" at most all around. it looked fine on the rear but i was always annoyed with the front appearance. the eibachs seem to just match the OEM stance and offer a slight drop from M-sport levels. i think the problem is that the OEM stance is reversed raked where the front sits higher than the rear. this is strange when one thinks of how this might impact the aerodynamics and fuel economy. i really don't blame eibach because those figures are alwasy "up to" and "approximate" and i do like the performance of the springs.

anyway, i ended up fitting the lowering perches in front and that solved my appearance issue. it also took away from the comfort of the ride a bit, but i plan on solving that by using shorter bump stops off the older M models to increase the damper stroke range. on large bumps i can feel the stops engage whereas before the perches i rarely if ever felt that up front. another issue i had was that the perches weren't installed correctly and make a bunch of noise. that needs fixing too.

i believe an alternative to lower your front even more is to use camber plates. but i'm unsure of the details.

here's a pic from a few months ago before the perches. you can see the front gap. the next pic is after the perches where the fronts basically match the rears.

Comparing visual spring lengths is pointless.

As the rates (lb/in) are different it means nothing.

A shorter spring could easily give the same or higher ride height as a longer lower rate spring.

As you don't know the rates you're just guessing.

Was only the pro kit and I had m sport so was expecting only a subtle drop of approx - 15 mm, but it's settled really well and looks great. Deffo tell the car is lowered. Took a long while to settle properly though.

What about some spring perches to assist with the drop on the front?!

Failing that, go H&R they really do the job. I'm actually hoping mine doesn't settle anymore!

I feel bad for you man. That's exactly why I didn't go Eibach. I went H&R sport and the drop is nice. This is the day after install

Yep mine settled well on pros too especially at the rear.

I wouldnt touch H&R's with a barge pole unless you have perfect roads near you. My friend has h&Rs on M Sport dampers and after 3 months it has become really bouncy....not great when you have a kid.

I found spring perches and eibach prokit combined was too low and I seemed to get a lot of funny knocking and more rubbing than I'd have liked (e46 M3 fitment CSL reps)

My eibach are giving me a nice drop at the front - its the rear that really looks no different. There actually seemed to be little difference between stock m-sports with lower perches and prokit with oem perches.

I also bought the eibach pro kit, and to be honest the front dropped like i wanted but the rear ? It didn't drop a bit ? i measured the front from the ground to the arch gap with m-tech it was 66,8 cm and with eibach it is 64,8 cm, and the rear was before 64 cm and now 64,3 ?? Strange right ? I hoped the rear would lower but it didn't. The front is perfect. I will try to post some pictures. The model that i have is E92 2010 LCI 335D with M-Tech

I went for Eibach on a 335i and the front dropped by about 25mm.

I can't get my little finger between the arch and the top of the tyre.

I was unhappy with the look pre-eibach so went for the pro-kit and I am very happy. Any lower for me and the tyres would rub.
