There's a DIY on the forums and it's fairly easy to do if you have the right tools and if you take it to the shop, an experienced shop should charge you 2 hours for the install. Any longer then 2-3 hours they are milking your pockets or they don't know what their doing.

If you do it yourself, I suggest having jack stands and a spring compressor. Also, start early in the day to give yourself enough time and don't rush it.

If you take it to an experienced shop it should take 2-3 hours with adjusting the height.

Alex brings his car to the shop all the time even when he needs help taking out his keys

just kidding, but Alex is right. I love the look and handles of my car since I got my coils and if you do it yourself make sure you take your time and have all the required tools.

Darn. Let's go Target Master, I have 50 rounds that has doubled as paper weight. 250 or 600cc? Recommendations for a good entry level bike?

I usually go to San Leandro Range.
Target masters is pretty sketchy range-wise but I'm up for whatever.

I had an 86cc pitbike and a few 600s. No more now.

What do you shoot? 9?
I have tons of target load 12ga rounds so I could bring my shotgun too along with a couple others.
