BC BR Coilover Rear Height Adjustment?
Below are two pics of my car after installing BC BR Coilovers. Obviously the front needed to be lowered - did that, very easy. The rears need to be raised. Am I correct in thinking that you turn both adjustment rings at the top (the only rings LOL), clockwise to compress the spring and lenghten the ride-height? I did this and it did raise it - just wanted to verify that this was the correct way to do it. I've been told that you don't mess with the struts to lower or raise the height.
What adjustments do you guys suggest for the soft/hard? I believe it goes 15 clicks to Soft and 15 to Hard - for a total of 30 adjustments. I've searched and I've gotten just way too many answers and not on this car (usually Subaru, Honda, etc).

I was confused because the rings where on backwards ...but the confusing part was there where up pretty high and when I didnt use the spacer it slammed the rear LOL!!!!! There are 2 spring option I must have gotten the lower one. So I used the spacer and dropped the rear 1/2" and it is perfect. the damper was all set to the hardest setting so I adjusted that 2 clicks before 1/2 way point (softer) and 4 clicks before the 1/2 way point in the rear (softer) and man do the perform. My stocl shocks where so bad I can just take one finger compress the shock and it takes 45 seconds to a miniute to decompress I will do a review with install pics in a few.

I m pretty damn sure I was lied to by friend of mine also when I installed these I did the front buddy of mine was doing the rears and we took it off the jack stands drove it down the street...felt rough...ect. So I decided it wasn't low enough went to adjust it and noticed the car seemed to be sitting on the adjustment rings, my buddy said , no I know what it so I adjusted the fronts and he stated he just switched the rings from being upside down. Problem with this is I do not think this is possible and also noticed a pastic piece was also left out. I believe he installed this backwards and lied....but then again if it was installed backwards I would think it would have slipped out since nothing is holding it in place? This really does not sit with me well....will be looking into this in a few to confirm this and install the piece left off. 1stni let someone lose help me on a install and it will be the last.

Rear strut adjustments
When lowering raising car I m sure you have to adjust the struts via the collars. Am I correct in saying when the car is on jack stands with wheels off (no load on suspension) that the rear springs perches (where you adjust) be a bit loose so you can adjust them...not real tight? Basically I had one of springs a bit loose (tried springs without spacers) and the BC BR vendor said since the springs are a bit loose tighten up the strut so there is a bit more tension, but not so much you can't adjust them. My question is, I raised my car via spacers so should I raise the strut until the springs are a bit loose then tighten to have just a bit more tension like the vendor suggested? What s the protocol on the strut adjustments, didn't find much searching.

OP, is that the lowest they go in the front? Do you have the extreme drop version or just the regular version?

Nice! I guess I won't need the extreme drop then, you're pretty low and you still have more to go
