F30 post???

So it looks like we are less than two years from getting the E90 replacement, the F30. I think this forum is a great thing we have going here, but I can't help but wonder: With some of us already owning our E90s for 4+ years, and some even on our 2nd E90, who's gonna get another 3 series next time around? We've already lost members to M cars, and Audis and Porsches are looking might fine these days too..

What percentage of the familiar faces here will be on the eventual F30 post?
(Doesn't have the same ring to it, does it?)

I'll wait to see if there is a 4 door version of the M3. If not, probably a 5 series for me. Probably will keep my car another 3 years.

Honestly. Porsche is going to be my next car. E90/E92 sucks, the interior creaks and rattles like crazy.

maybe you've had bad luck? I've had bmw's for 10 years and have never had any major issues with them, even after the warranty ran out. I've also had good service at my dealer.

LOL... you think Mercs are better?
And if the service is better at their dealers, the prices are proportionally higher.
IMO

Way too soon to say what my next car will be. I just got my E90 back in May, so it will be about another 3 years before I start looking again.

Although I generally LOVE this car when I'm alone and the stereo's up a little, it's when I'm alone or using the bluetooth integration that these really bother me. After dropping my Fiance off I always get to drive the Gardner allowing me to hunt down another.

I'd buy another if it's 1) in factory warranty still (mine had 81k on it, and there were a tonne of things that should have been dealt with) or 2) it's new and I don't intend to keep it forever.

After a few years, Porsche interiors do the same thing. Well, i cant say for the brand new ones, but my 986 Boxster's interior rattles like a jar full of pennies. I 've heard this complaint from a few 996 owners as well. I've been an owner of several Bmws since i was 16 years old (14 years ago) and i keep coming back to them, and with my current e92, i dont see any reason why this would change.
