Best Quad Tips!

I may have found the perfect staggered Quad tips to complement the Beautiful CF Quad Diffuser I got from cyba here on e90post/Link:

I also have UR catless DP's w/the stock exhaust retaining the secondary cats.
IMO, this setup is a good balance of Power, Sound, Simplicity & Looks. Much cheaper(eisenmann wants $500 for their Tips!!!) and as good or better performance than the aftermarket cat back exhausts...
I'll just have these welded on the stock exhaust like I did with my 4" Tips (last pic).

Quad Tips / Specs & Pics:

Material: T304 Stainless Steel(1.99 mm)
Inlet Size(ID): 2.25"
Outlet Diameter(OD) of each Outlet: 3.0"(76mm)
Total Outlet Dimension(each Tip): 6.4"w X 3.0"h
Length of Outlets from Inlet: 8.9" & 9.75"
Triple Chrome Dipped finish
Staggered Outlet Lengths for Left and Right side applications
Designed to follow body lines
Double Wall Outlets
Slanted and Beveled Outlets
Weld On Style
Total Custom Universal Tips
$109.90 + $14.95 shipping!

welded on 4" Double wall slash cut tips...to be replaced soon.

GREAT! Please let us know how it goes.

I actually looked under the car today. You'll have to cut the flapper off right? Also, the exhaust hanger is in the way and will have to be relocated methinks.

No, I had my muffler shop retain the valve when they put on my 4" tips so it still works. I'll try to do the same with the Quad tips.

But your new dual tips are about 9". Your last pic is the dimisatips one right? I think that tip is 6"ish.

No they're not dimisatips. The 4 inch round tips I have on the car now are nearly 8" long. The CF diffuser sticks out another inch or so, plus a good muffler shop can Make them work by trimming some off the tips single inlet that attach to the exhaust pipes.
I'll let you know how my install goes...

those are great! The only thing is they won't work for us folks who have stock bumpers!

The tips look great. Man those pics remind me of magazines from the 1970s. The couch is so funky! Not sure if it was intentional, but kinda cool!

Ooooh, I am so excited. I've been wanted to do this mod ever since I got my car! Can't wait to see your pics Rugs!!!

I think I have less room to play with than you since I have a sedan with a stock bumper. But it'll be nice to see how they fit the thing in your car.

Good luck and post pics of the underside!!!

Won't this work with a stock bumper + pictured diffuser?
