Question Stock springs ?????

Whats up guys, I have a question it may sound a bit stupid but I will ask anyways. I have a 330i with the sports package meaning the car is lower then other bimmers. When I got the car it was fairly low, the car now has 2k miles, and yesturday I notice the car even a lilttle lower. Do stock springs have to settle too, or do they come already pre-compressed and stay at the same level. I dont have nothing in the trunk, so I know its not added wieght in the back......Thanks Carlos

my stock springs on my 320i feel really soft. i have changed my rft 16s to non rfts 18s and cornering still does not feel sharp. i am not keen to drop my car as my kerscher front is too low now for steep slopes.

Ok what I meant is, do stock springs need to settle in, or not. I notice my car lower now then the day I bought it.

Springs are springs are springs. By that I mean that all springs will settle over time.

my E46 settled a bit... both the rear springs were found to be broken after 3 yrs. But i think they may have gone at about 2 yrs/20k miles!

Cool, I figured they had to settle a bit, because i noticed the car lower and its visible noticeable. I thought something was wrong because I hadnt seen a spring settle like before.
