335i tire trouble amongst others

Good day. New to this thing but I will start simple. I have a 09 335i Convert with the M series package and 19 inch rims. 14k miles and took it in today for some trouble. Was told that my tires need to be replaced among my other issues. Here are the questions:
the "intoe" on my tires was so great that it made the inner 2 inches bald and wore the rubber down to the thread on all 4 tires. IS that normal? The guy at the shop said that the tires last about 10k miles. Understand that the rest of the tire is ALMOST BRAND NEW!!!! They wanted to charge me 2k to replace the tires. On that note, heard the run flats suck so I am looking into something else. ANy ideas?

Also, anyone have problems with their bluetooth and the iphone?

Windows rolling up and dropping back down due to the anticrush sensor?

All problems I have and they can't seem to fix them.
Thanks

read some of the tire threads. You aren't alone in having wasted tires at 14K. Doesn't even mean there is anything wrong with the alignment or suspension, necessarily, though it would be a good idea to get it aligned when you put on new tires, just for grins.

Some people claim to have gotten 20K from the runflats, but I believe it must have been all freeway driving at 55 mph! Much more typical is what you got.

1)Those tires should last longer than that.
2) you should have noticed what was happening if they are as bald as you say.
3) Lots of us have abandoned run flats. Carry a flat kit . Ride is better.

Mine lasted about 30k however I do mostly highway driving. Also just as yours they wore out on the inside while the rest of the tire was still pretty good. I swapped the run flats for a set of Falken FK452s and I have been very happy with them. About $600 for the whole set.

Mine lasted about 22k, and it was a bit early for me to replace tires, from runflats to regular tires.

Mine lasted 25k.

You should really check your tires once in a while.

Your vehicle is very heavy compared to other BMW's in addition to adding the more aggressive suspension. In addition tire life depends on driving style as well as the composition of the road on which you drive. If your roads consist of asphalt mixed with crushed gravel they will wear fairly quickly.

FWIW..I got ~30k miles off the RFT of my sport pkg equipped 330, but our asphalt streets don't have gravel mixed in.

Gotta pay to play as they say.
