Its a little better then the cars in Oakland, the cars their look like they are going to tip over. The wheels probably cost more then the cars.

It gets a bit tiring that people make observations of cultural differences between ethnic groups and they immediately get called "racist". Had the poster said "black people are too stupid to drive", then that would have been racist. You have no idea if the Poster is African-American, or Asian, or Caucasian. Stop jumping to conclusions.
